When you receive your gear from KidsinIstanbul, you will be required to leave a deposit 50-100$ to cover any damages that may occur to the items rented. If the items are returned with damages, the value will be deducted from the deposit price. If there are no damages to the gear, we will gladly return the full deposit upon pick up.

Of course. Please make sure the name and address of the hotel is written correctly. If any gear is returned dirty, a cleaning fee of $15 will be charged to your credit card or deducted from the guarantee deposit. This includes but is not limited to vomit, chewing gum or candy, stickers, crayons, markers, urine, fecal matter or any difficult to remove substances. Any item returned with any odor resulting from smoke will be charged $40 for professional cleaning and odor removal.
